I have always stopped at this store to buy meat for different types of food I make and hadn't seen a problem. Well, today I got 2 pounds of ranchera when it was being served to me. I saw the meat didn't look so good, but I thought it was just me. I paid for it and went to my car. Something told me to check it, and it smelled bad and sour. When I walked in and told the lady the meat smelled bad, she went and checked with the butcher. I guess he said it was fine, that is not fine, I am not going to eat something that smells bad. So I asked for my money back, and she said she couldn't give me my money back; I said why she was like store credit, I said ok give me store credit. She was super rude and wanted me to get something from the store. I said I didn't want anything from the store; I just wanted my money back or something saying I had store credit. Read moreI like to make note that "bolillo" bread is made as closer as it is made in mexico. it is crunchy outside and not heavy in dough inside, just the way I like it. I've tried others around town and in Orem, they taste almost as cake, that is not the flavor for the original Bolillo bread.
