OH stogiesis not what happened. I walked into your store and was quite relieved to see a bunch of people there 4-5 employees to get this straightened out I asked if I spend $200 in your store on anything do I get 4 stamps it sounded like everybody there said yes at the same time so then I said I would like three cartons of eagle 20 Kings @($225)the lady reach behind the counter and grab three cartons and you can see in her face that she was going to dig me out of a stamp then she said we only get one stamp for carton then I set my card on the counter and pointed to the line that says that says one stamp per carton or every $50 spent she took the card and pointed to the stamp for carton and then I pointed back to it and says or every $50 spent and then yes I told a white lie that I contacted corporation (you're making a way bigger deal than it was)just to try to get you to see the silliness of it and I know for a fact you would not fire somebody for taking care of a customer with a stamp (drama)I never threatened anybody's job I would have never told you a name to get someone fired no matter what happened ever!!!!!so I could see that you weren't going to budge so I took my card I did not rip it out of your hand my finger was on the card and put my money and my card back in my pocket raised my hands in frustration and said well if it's worth losing $400 a month and a loyal customer over 1 stamp and walk towards the door stopped at the door (20 feet away)in one last effort saying you know I still have to spend $500 to get $5 off then they said sarcastically bye-bye. Pointing that out to your other employees is not berating them or intimidating them or bullying them it's making a statement employees thought it was worth a stamp to keep a loyal customer I guess. So in short I have to spend $700 on a stamp card anybody buying brand name cigarettes has to spend up to $1,000 to fill a stamp card while all other customers get to spend $500 to fill up a stamp card and you're accusing me of gaming the system your gaming your own system you're not treating all customers equally like you used to I was a customer from the very start of your business. As a matter of fact as cigarettes got more and more expensive we made jokes in there about how the stamp cards were going to have to change I was one who said you need to do something for your other customers that don't buy cartons a long time ago. And I'm still friends with three of your ex-employees that I met there and got to know I was not unhinged and my daughters and grandchildren can stand a little debate and you were far from feeling threatened you had five people behind you all yelling at me as you say but I really didn't consider it yelling just a debate I am the one who actually felt threatened especially when the little man behind the counter looked like he wanted to jump across the counter and take a shot at the title I never yelled in your face I talk loud because I have bad hearing so if I yelled at you would definitely know it. I can't believe you would paint me in this kind of light over a disagreement about how your stamp card should be used equally for all customers just like you did in the past. So I say again I have to spend $700 anybody buying brand name cigarettes has to spend up to $1,000 while all other customers get to spend $500 to fill your stamp cards. I think you owe an apology to all your customers. I told friends and family about this and you lost more than just one customer but I know you guys don't care about that anymore because you've got so big it usually happens to all businesses. Just a shame because I have been going there since you opened I am the reason you folks sell eagle 20 Kings I asked if you could get more of them way back. That's the facts without all the drama. And if I was as truly unhinged and abusive as you say you would have called the police then and there. So quit being so dramatic and grow a thicker skin I don't owe you anything I am the one who was being threatened and intimidated and bullied so again...

I think that this Store is a very good store for mostly Cigarette Smokers cuz of the Huge Variety of Flavors, Pipes, Pipe Tobacco, Vapes and Vape Juices, with lots of cool things such as Ascentric Looking Ash Trays, Inscents an Insent Burners. They've got big Bongs, an maybe they've still got those Old Huckas, that were cool to smoke a long time ago. I wonder if they don't sale them anymore cuz it's been a long time since Ive seen one. I had a cool Hookah Pipe. It had 4 Hoses that came out from the center for 4 people to smoke it at the same time, so at the center of the Bong, was of course water, but at the top of the hookah was a place for a soft 1 an a 1/2" by a 3" flavored tobacco that sat on top of it so just below the flavored tobacco was a piece of charcoal that you had to heat up an to keep it burning for awhile so that the tobacco would burn for awhile just right so everyone could have a turn an I remember I always would get a nicotine buzz. So also Stogies has Segars, and someone told me that they even sell Cuban ones but I don't know. Its that ive heard that they're the best Cigars. When I was a lot younger I was a more heavy smoker. I loved this Certain Cigarette called Cloves. They really smelled good, but they made your lungs bleed. So people taught me that when I smoke a clove to take 3, 4, or maybe 5 buffs at a time an then put it out. Then wait for 5 or 6 minutes before you light up and hit the Clove Cigarette again. Well about Stogies I think if your a smoker you should check it out for yourself, its a cool store I can't just tell you all about it or everything they've got. I just know that if I had the money I could go nuts in the Store with all the stuff Id love to buy. Thanks for letting me write a complimentary for a good store Jeff...

I would have given this a higher rating because normally when I go there it's not a bad experience. The last time I went there I called ahead to make sure they had a specific product because I was on a very limited time frame. The person who answered the phone told me that they had that product then when I got there they didn't have that product and tried to sell me something else that was completely not the right thing for what I was looking for. Then tried telling me it was a better product. Cuased me to have to run to another place, And barely made it to where I needed to be in the time frame that I had. Had they simply told me that they didn't have it I would give this place a four or five. But since they lied to me, I'll never return to this location. The other locations are great stores and great people that I have yet to have a problem with them but this one in particular I will...
