Here's the problem... If you rent from them, and something goes wrong, they fix it. If you buy something, they do not stand behind it. I bought a $350 computer. No returns. They knew it was a bad computer when they sold it to me. And I can not pass this computer on to someone else, so I just through away $350. I thought BYU would have morals in selling used equipment. I was wrong.
