My entire week was put on hold when I had a repair done by their one (and only) technician. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. My washer was not spinning and I guessed it was a coupler problem. The tech came out that day right on time and he replaced it and left without testing the unit. I called 30 minutes after the repair to done to ask them why it still wasn't spinning. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that I would be contacted soon by the tech who was out on another service call. I was called about an hour later saying that they would be there at 2. I waited until 7 on my only day off during a week where I worked 80 hours. I was unable to do anything else because I waited for a technician who never showed up or called. I called the next day and was told they could squeeze me in the afternoon. I called at 5 saying that they had not had time. I gave up for the day. I got a call 30 minutes after 5 and did not get to the phone in time, apparently they had one opening after 5. I called the next morning and made another appointment at 1 and made sure I had a break from work at that time for the technician. He was 30 minutes late and once again did not fix the issue. He said it was a problem with the tranny when the washer will spin, with a LOT of stuff in it periodically. He said because he could stop it with his hand it was a tranny issue. Read moreI will never shop at Largent's again. I wanted to support local but, not if this is the quality of their customer service. I ordered an above the stove Microwave to be installed. It was not cheap. It wasn't in stock so I had to order online and they said 2-3 weeks. Now I get things get delayed so this wasn't even the biggest deal but it took waaay longer and not once did they reach out to me. I had to follow up with them. So finally it got here. They come to install, rip out my existing ventilation hood, install the microwave. It doesn't work. Ugh. So they say they'll take it to their technicians and see if they can fix it. So at this point. No offer of compensation on basically a broken potentially rebuilt microwave rather than a new one. But then even more issues, they have to order a part, so I'm still waiting, with no ventilation hood at home, So at that point they call and say (no, actually I had to call them again cause it was friday and they said they'd let me know what was going on by then but didn't) So I call and the wrong part was sent. And it would be until the end of the next week until they got it OR they offered me a similar model from their sales floor. We compared the models and I agreed and he's like by the way, the Sales floor microwave is $20 more ............... Seriously???? All the hassle you've put me through and it can't be a straight across, we're even trade? Yes, I asked and he said "no, we can't do that" I will NEVER ever buy...

When the repair man Cory got to my house I met him outside and asked he park in the back alley since access to the washing machine is much easier from that door. He grunted and got back in his truck. He never once introduced himself. However the thing that still boils my blood to this day is when he was leaving he said "you need to tell your husband that..." I told him I wasn't married. He proceeded to tell me two more times I need to tell my husband something. I've never felt more disrespected in my own home. I can't recommend for repairs. The woman on the phone I scheduled with and who I spoke with to complain about his behavior...
