It sucks I have to write such a bad review but today is the day. If you’re a person of color maybe you can relate to this. In the past I loved this place but the last 2 times my boyfriend and I have been there , has been awful. Last year when I got flowers I walked in the store and no one acknowledged me. The lady in the front even saw me. It took her about 10 minutes to ask if I needed help mind you, I was the only one in the store. She had a bad attitude and didn’t seem to want to help me. Yesterday (valentines day), my boyfriend told me the experience he had at Fabianos and this is what really made me angry. He picked up some flowers for me from a different location and also bought few roses from Fabianos and asked the lady if she could quickly wrap them up for him and put them together, he even offered to pay. She said No with an attitude. She asked “you got these from somewhere else” he said yes. My boyfriend still bought flowers from this place and gave them business! it’s Valentine’s Day, flowers were short everywhere and he’s trying his best to surprise me. The customer next to my boyfriend said to him “wow that lady is rude ”. My boyfriend is a sweet guy and always trying to support small businesses but, I can tell you right now , after 4 years of supporting this place WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS PLACE AGAIN or give them Buisness. Read moreI recently received an arrangement from Fabianos from a friend who was previously a florist. It was a small cube, but nicely done with lovely selection of flowers. I decided to place a funeral arrangement with them. Much to my dissatisfaction, I did not receive what i asked or paid for. I asked for the "Flourishing Beauty Bouquet" - a low, antique vase that looked much like a table centerpiece as show on their website. I paid for the extra large version. Not only did I not get that, but there was nothing extra large about it. The flowers were not as shown in photo, recepticle was a tall glass vase and succulents were just left in the orange plastic pots and jammed into the arrangement. I asked my retired florist friend what she thought and commented that I was definitely overcharged for what I received. I called the owner the following day. She asked me to send photos which I did twice and still never heard back from them and don't expect I will, never mind a partial refund. I appreciate the fact they were able to make and deliver in one day which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars, but would have rather donated the approx 150 to deceased's charity than be embaressed and disappointed by the...

UPDATE: The time frame of her calling me and leaving a response to my review is within 40 minutes. I have stuff to do so of course I couldn't answer. However, I did call back to argue with her after seeing the response she left. She admits that the glue shouldn't have been on the flower and asked me to bring it back, only after she left the response. I said no, because we argued and she tried to make it seems like I'm in the wrong here. My review is very honest and I guess she didn't take it well.
I ordered the bountinniere yesterday evening and called this morning and asked if it was ready for pickup. Whoever answered the phone said yes it should be ready. I got there and it wasn't ready which was okay. I was looking around the store. The only change that I asked for is to switch out the color of the ribbon. The lady didn't even put on the ribbon yet, so I thought to ask. Is that a crime? After she was done, she handed me the box and I did look at it but not that closed of a look until I got home.
