To the man that answers the phone at Fusion Kitchen…shame on you. Not only were you unprofessional, but extremely disrespectful and for no reason.

We ordered through Postmates and waited 10 minutes past the expected delivery time - which was a little over an hour later from ordering. I called Fusion Kitchen for an update on delivery and the man who answered said it was delivered. I told him that it wasn’t and he asked about a different street in our town and I said no and told him the correct one (which would be on the app). He then said he would have the driver go back to the wrong address and grab the food and then deliver it to us. My husband said he wouldn’t want food that’s been sitting at another persons house and to please send new food. There was no answer for some time and the man hung up. We waited another 20 minutes and still no food was delivered and Fusion didn’t call back, so we called them back and the man who answered was irritable and saying that my husband was being unreasonable asking for new food. Started mocking him and then told him “Jesus, you talk too much… stop talking.” We now are complaining to Postmates and waiting to see what can be done since apparently our food being delivered to the wrong address (which isn’t our fault or Fusion kitchens fault) and asking for new food is ridiculous. Not only did the man in a joking voice say “oh you want new food??” but when my husband said yes he went silent and hung up on my husband again. NEVER ordering from here again which is a shame because all we’ve heard is that the food is delicious.

If you have any delivery problems…you’re on your own.

Do better and hire more...

So I live very near by and for the last 6 months, I ordered take out and went to fusion kitchen on a very frequent basis. (Spent probably $2500-3000) in 6 months. So tonight I call to order a takeout . I give the guy my phone number and he says our records show that one time you called and ordered one order of crab Rangoon ($10) and didn’t pick it up. (This is probably true, I think I do remember this happening I had a work emergency) so yes for that I was wrong but you would think that’s a pretty minor thing. Right? So the guy tells me because of this we will not serve you anymore. Not you need to pay before we cook it (which I would understand) he said you can no longer come here anymore. Side note to story. 3 days ago I went in sat down and ate and spent $140. I do not leave negative reviews literally ever. But I felt this deserved one. I am involved in customer service for a living and I think that was one of the most rude, crazy business decisions I’ve ever heard. So I will absolutely never go back regardless but I truly hope the guy at the front was just having a bad night and the owner talks to him. Because as a business owner losing someone who spends hundreds of dollars a week over what? A $3 mistake. Probably not to smart. Be careful TERRIBLE...

Ordered from DoorDash with instructions that I have a food allergy. My husband confirmed they knew about the allergy when he picked up. It was on the ticket on the bag. I went to eat and saw that food in two of the 3 dishes we got to share.

I called them and the first person told me he remembered the ticket and that it was a mistake in the kitchen. He offered to refund me for the one dish (not both) or make me a new one to pick up. I do not trust that kitchen anymore so I wanted the refund. Then he said I couldn’t get one because I ordered through DoorDash and refused to let me speak to his manager until I insisted 3 times.

Manager told me “people with allergies call in because when you order from online mistakes are made,” and “when we are very busy we make mistakes.” And that I had to call DoorDash for a refund.

When I asked her what her plan was to train staff so that people don’t die in the future she told me they don’t need more training, it was just a mistake.

This place is a lawsuit...

Fusion is my go to for sushi, I always get the same things and am always happy with my meal but last night I tried something new, and it was a mistake. Thai pineapple fried rice with basil, it was white rice with canned pineapple chunks and onion, that's it, no sauces, no other veggies, no meats or eggs, nothing, not even the basil which is part of the name. I called to confirm I got the right dish as part of my take out order and they said yes, thats how they make their version except it should have had basil. Super disappointing, not even remotely like any other Thai fried rice I've had. Will stick to my go to's going forward.

Brunch was awesome! We went as a group and they made sure vegetarians had enough to eat too! Sherlyn Temple and Crispy Chicken was awesome. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive, constantly refilling out bottomless drinks and food. The food itself is great, good flavor, cooked well, came out quickly. The wait staff was very attentive but not breathing down our necks (big plus) crispy potatoes: very good and crispy The food is Asian fusion and is very delicious! Def recommended for big groups!

I've been here twice so far with my mom. Delicious food! The first time we went I had beef and broccoli with white rice, I didn't care too much for the beef but we went again yesterday and I had the General Gao shrimp and omg was it awesome. I think that might be my new go to dish. The veggies were tasty and fresh also. The server was very kind and attentive and suggested the veggie dish and I'm glad she did. I can't wait to go back again.
