Mack was incredibly helpful and kind in securing me a refrigerator when mine suffered an untimely death. Great customer service, was honest in his sales approach and directed me to an American made brand that I appreciate. He saved me from the box stores and paying double for something that was not made in America and had lots of bells and whistles that I don't need and would never use. The gentlemen that delivered and installed were kind and courteous and respectful of my home. Thank you Quincy Appliance for your hometown honest pricing...

Have to say I wasn't impressed. Went in already knowing what appliance we wanted, and we were just shopping around town for the best price. The Older Gentleman there seemed very off put by us, simply walking in. He wasn't very kind, told us our choice was a bad one, and didn't give us a price and told us to go to Home Depot. We try to go with local business because most of the time their customer services is top notch compared to big box stores. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time....

We went to a Quincy in Appliance to look for a dishwasher after our from one of the big box stores died, and the company didn’t honor the warranty. Mack was really helpful and friendly, very straight forward. We ended up purchasing a Maytag dishwasher to replace our LG and have been so happy with it.
