First, I must mention the owner, Viv—she was so lovely that I almost started believing in unicorns and rainbows. They had this magical ability to make you feel welcome and comfortable inside the store. Let's talk about the trinkets—they were like little bursts of happiness for your home! I found so many unique and charming pieces to scatter around my place. My house went from "meh" to "Oh wow!" in no time. I swear, these trinkets must have some secret positive energy stored in them because the vibes in my home improved instantly. And let's not forget about the customer service—oh my goodness, it was out of this world! Viv was like a team of happiness ambassadors. She went above and beyond to assist me, answer my questions, and make sure I left with a smile. I even had a mini dance party with a frequent shopper (my sister) —it was that kind of fun and friendly atmosphere! Now, the incense... oh boy, the fragrance! They had a mind-blowing variety. I was like a kid in a candy store, trying to decide which scents to take home. But let me tell you, whatever choice you make; your nose will thank you. I couldn't get enough of my home transformed into a fragrant paradise. I found myself taking deep breaths and getting lost in the delightful aromas. So, if you're looking for a place with a lovely owner, trinkets that'll make your home shine, positive energy that'll lift your spirits, and customer service that's like a big warm hug, then Ooh's, Ahh's & Orb's is the place for you. I decided to try this shop in spite of some less than positive reviews. I wanted to let myself feel the energy for myself. When I first walked in I felt an off vibe from the space. She has signs saying to watch what energy you bring in. I think she may want to recheck her energies in there. No one was around to ask any questions, even though I heard people in the back. When, whom I believe was, the shop owner did come out, she “greeted” me coldly. I asked for assistance (as their are signs everywhere to ask for assistance for things hanging and for items in the glass cases) and was told to open it and get it. I explained I had never been in there before and she just smirked and said “that’s obvious.” I said “ok” (confused) and again she smirked and said “yes it is.” She didn’t ask me anything else, walked past me and outside, talking to another individual that had came from the back room with her. This is not the first time I have been to a shop similar to this, but it’s definitely the first time I’ve encountered someone that seemed very uninterested in helping a customer. Her energy is bad, but I have noticed that she deflects that in her response to the comments I’ve read in the reviews. On the positive side, I did find a wonderful shop with an atmosphere with amazing energies and vibesas a result of her unwillingness...

Looked fun, had been curious for a while and got a chance to finally visit. Made a point of looking over the signs and notices outside the doorway. ("$75/hr for solicitors, 3hr minimum") Stepped in and the proprietor glanced at our son and walked past. "Is he ten?" We said no and asked if he needed to be. "Yes." No explanation or even eye contact. I apologized for not seeing an age restriction sign. We left.

Lots of interesting items for you to look at inside, but make sure to stop and read all the signs before you do.
