I dropped off a cooking knife on short notice and told him basically what I wanted written on it. I was beyond pleased when I picked it up. Not only did he put the words and my sons name on one side, but he also put my sons name on the other side and it just looks like it belongs there. After I got home I was admiring his work and I noticed the emblem from the event this is for also engraved. I never showed him the emblem. He actually researched this event and added the emblem on his own. I am so happy with this. You can always tell when somebody loves their work. Omg the prices are insanely awesome.. two daughters and a dad were there. One daughter seems to be running the place. The other was there in between college so she was more of a receptionist Dad was in back. Quiet and professional. Unfortunately he made a mistake on engraving my coin but he told me to just buy another and he would pay for it and the engraving. They also had a calibration issue with the laser and they fixed my mugs immediately. To say the least their CS is great.
