The manager lady has terrible customer service. I tried to buy an item that had a discounted price sticker on it. A worker brought the item to the register area. When I get there to check out the register person tells me the full price amount. I tell him that is supposed to be discounted. I then go over to where they left the item and the discounted price tag is gone. The manager begrudgingly comes over and tells me it's full price. I show her a photo I took of the item with the discounted sticker and she says "I understand that but we have to go by what comes up on the register." She didn't apologize to me at all, and made me feel like i was wasting her time. As soon as she finished her sentence, I walked out. I then returned the day after and I bought a different item. After checking out, the person at the register told me to bring my car to the front and someone will bring the item out. So I drove my car to the front and put my hazard lights on. When you do this you're in the way of traffic. I waited and waited and finally fed up, I just went in myself and picked up the item and brought it out myself. I visited the St. David's location on 4/25 and went to purchase an ottoman for the price listed on the tag ($79.99). There was a smaller ottoman inside the larger ottoman. I was told that I needed to pay $59.99 for the smaller item and $79.99 for the larger item even though there was no tag on the smaller ottoman. I was told by the manager that her store made a mistake and didn't pull the smaller ottoman out from the larger ottoman and tag it separately. The manager was not willing to sell me the item for the price that it was tagged and then correct the store's mistake on the remaining items on the floor. Extremely poor...
