Original review: I would leave a zero star review if I could, today October 13th 2021 around 6:30pm I was verbally accosted by the boy with long brown hair behind the counter. He started screaming at me that I need to wear a mask. What is the point of being fully vaccinated?! Either way, no one deserves to be spoken to that way. Can't honestly recommend this place at all. The prices are insane... For two full cups of froyo it was 26.9 ounces @ $.94/oz = over $25... Avoid unless you want to be deceived by how much one cup costs. Wish we would've known ahead of time approx how much a full cup costs because we would've gone elsewhere right away. Additionally, multiple of the flavors did not work when we were there.

The pricing is a joke when you could go to your local ice cream shop and get twice the amount for the price. We won't be returning.

I also love the weight shaming for the "suggested serving size" of 4 ounces which would barely cover the bottom of the cup. Also, the suggestion to visit for their special discount days. Might be worth having more reasonable pricing on a daily basis so your shop isn't empty on a primesummer saturday while Handel's has a line...

Froyo flavors are pretty good but most of the time we have come in and at least one of the flavors is broken. The main issue with this place is how totally trashed it is both inside and out of the store. Just left there and the stroller room (supposedly safe for babies) was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, dirty table tops and seats. Outside tables were covered in wrappers and other trash and debris. Two workers at the register with no one in the store so no reason it shouldn't be cleaned up. There is no way this place passes code for cleanliness. They really need to get on top of trash and cleaning the tables, chairs and floors. We went out and sat on a bench in the rest of the plaza because there was nowhere clean to sit here. This was the worst we have ever seen it but I've never come in and thought "oh this...
