Just came from here 8/24around 9:58pm, placed an order in the mobile app, had to wait for about five minutes in drive-thru two cars were in front of me upon arrival. I waited at intercom for about three minutes no response, since I already paid drove to window 2 saw two BK workers tried to get attention, they never responded neither had the headset on and no sign was present, so I figure I can just go in get my order. Nope despite hours open until midnight inside doors are locked. One of the employees definitely made eye contact with me but just kept going about their business. I called the phone number listed it rang endlessly and the two employees who I could see made no attempts to stop what they were doing. My mind blown as the store appeared to have power and no signs were posted, I let other people who were at the drive-thru know that they apparently don't care for anyone's business tonight. No promptly call customer service for BK urging them to get in touch with a manager or owner cause this is bad business and also I paid for services not rendered. Overall a baffling and horrible experience! I mean if something was down that's fine post a sign, turn off the ability to accept mobile orders and let people know! These workers seemed to not care how this effects their business.
UPDATE I had a manager reach out left me a message last week unfortunately when I tried to reach back with him he didn't pick up however I left a message explaining I wouldn't be available and all I was interested in was a refund for my meal which I never even received and when I was available to speak to if he had further inquiries. I have yet to hear from him again, and never got my refund apparently customer service is not a concern.

So I still try to frequent BK despite the incident but now the mobile app fails and automatically refunds my payments when I try to process through the app which saves you a lot of $$ with its offers. Their support is useless on helping, I have confirmed with others the app works fine with Google Pay and i use google Pay else where with no issue. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this Burger King to try the Chicken Garden Salad, which I had seen someone else purchase at a different Burger King. I went through the drive thru and there was a tacky printed sheet of paper taped up that said go to the second window since the intercom is out of service. I proceeded to the second window and asked the cashier if the garden salad had iceberg lettuce, she said no. So I decided to buy it since it did not have iceberg lettuce, which Iām allergic to.
I got my order and when I checked it the salad had only iceberg lettuce. I went back through the drive thru to get a refund. I had driven off when I noticed that the last 4 digits of the credit card information on the receipt were not the last 4 digits of my card. I went back a second time, but this time I went inside. I told them they did not refund my card, but rather someone elseās. They did apologize, but still this visit disappointed me. I will not be coming back to this Burger King. And I do not recommend it.

I place my order online so that I will be able to pick it up and I walked in and first and foremost I was not greeted with a smile. I was greeted with an attitude by the store manager. So I was trying to let him know that them option for no salt on the fries was not on the app. And before I couldn't get anything out of my mouth he's a I don't care what it is if it's not coming up there I'm going to still have to charge you. I was like hold on a second I just don't want any not on my fries. Who never said thank you. I was not greeted well. I asked for a cup of water and of course it was 22 cents.
