TL;DR: Buyer beware. High-pressure sales in a small office, no upfront mention of a no-refund policy, multiple business names, and zero response to calls or emails—yet they reply publicly to save face. Feels shady, not spa-like. So many places out there, $300 for a facial...this ain't it.
4/16 DO NOT GO IN THE TINY ROOM. They will hold you there and hard sell you and hand you iPads to sign up, but never mention the NO REFUND POLICY. They also seem to operate under multiple names. Reminds me of the stalkers in the mall who ask you about your skin routine. It's not a spa its converted office space. Gimmie a break. PRICE LIST AND NO REFUND POLICY NOT POSTED IN PLAIN SIGHT.
4/15 What is really unfortunate is that instead of contacting me directly to figure this out, you only respond to the review that is public. If u were not shady, you would have a reasonable POSTED refund policy Snake.
4/10 funny how you respond to this review and yet not my calls or emails. You can fix this by providing a reasonable refund policy. But you offer NO refunds. I offer NO payments. You never even sent a valid receipt! BUYER BEWARE.
4/1 This response is loaded with lies and, We have been at this for over a month and you know how to fix this. Since you finally responded to this review on April Fools' day, it is safe to assume this is a joke...
ORIGINAL review posted March 5th.... You don't answer phones, respond to emails, and engage in questionable sales tactics. I tried to trust the process, but buyer beware - this place is not...
Read moreUpdate: They are lying :) I DID purchase a gift certificate and have the auction receipt to prove it. I chose not to go through with using it because of the shady behavior by the business. Also, I’m not sure how they’d distinguish between a “legitimate” certificate or not considering the certificate was just printed on printer paper. And for that matter, you’ve had MULTIPLE people showing up with “copied” certificates? What is there, some underground ring of people colluding at charity auctions that are trying to scam free facials lol? OR does it make more sense that they’d donated a ton of cheap certificates with fuzzy language so they can pressure people to pay more after they’ve already showed up. Hmm, yeah I don’t know….moneys on the scheming charity moms trying to score a free facial. Be for real.

Terrible. They donated facial gift certificates to a charity fundraiser that weren’t actual gift certificates. The purchase of the certificate gives you an “opportunity” to pay for their facial at a “discounted rate” so I literally paid money up front for a coupon while they lead you to believe you were buying a facial. They also changed their name after doing this but assured the organization that they were still honoring the certificates. They don’t tell you until after the facial that you have to pay an additional $80. Then they do high pressure sales to try and guilt you into doing packages. Terrible...
Read moreI had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a spa. After a treatment that left me in a foggy, relaxed state, I was pressured into signing a treatment plan and handed a bundle of expensive products. I was not in the right mental space to be making financial decisions.
Yes, I signed paperwork—but doing so immediately after a treatment, while not fully aware of what I was committing to, feels incredibly manipulative. When I realized what had happened, I returned the products the very next day and requested to cancel. They refused, citing a no-cancellation policy and are now threatening to send the charges to collections.
I am a single mom and I have my kids that need treatments that came up. They are not understanding at all.
This is not how ethical businesses operate. High-pressure sales tactics and taking advantage of clients in vulnerable, relaxed states is unacceptable—especially in a wellness setting where trust and transparency should be a priority. I strongly urge others to read every single line before signing anything and to be extremely cautious. I would never recommend this spa based on...
