Terrible and disorganized service. They are slow and understaffed. This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The older lady with the tattoos that did my pedicure was scribbling toe nail polish on my feet; it looks like my 5 year old nephew painted them. They had to get the guy from the front to do it and even he wasn’t skilled. Why would you dig your nails in my cuticles to clean up the nail polish when you can simply get a small brush and remover to go around the perimeter? I was in that salon for four hours for a lackluster pedicure and amateur fill in. Then, they had the nerve to nickel and dime me for every small thing including the “shaping” that I already came in there with. When the guy was drilling down my old acrylic set, he applied so much pressure that it caused small open cuts in my nail bed. He drilled my actual nail bed so thin that it burned. Then, he filled over top with acrylic. My bill was an outrageous $146. I was so exhausted and ready to go, I didn’t even argue. I just paid and ran outta there. Sanitation clearly wasn’t a priority either and they don’t care about safety for customers or employees. Water was spilling out all over the floor in the pedicure area during my visit — one of the workers fell down and smashed her head on the foot of the pedicure chair. It was scary and awful. Worst place ever for SNS. I’m so disappointed with the quality of nails that I had done yesterday. I sat there for TWO HOURS for my nails to turn out uneven in length, and they ended up having to use the top coat for shellac polish on my nails because the technician kept applying too many layers of the SNS top coat so it wouldn’t dry. Not only are my nails uneven, but the technician didn’t check with me on length before cutting them, so my middle fingers are seriously shorter than my other nails. He also didn’t ask about the shape so by the time he cut and filed into square nails I couldnt ask him to round them out. It seemed like they also didn’t know the process since he tried to use the electric file on them right after dipping and they were still wet, so some of the color came off of some nails (and he didn’t fix it). I didn't have a major issue with the establishment as a whole, but I do with a particular technician: Terri/Terry. He's the only male technician. The 1st time I went, I wasn't served by him, but by the youngest female technician there. She was warm, funny, and did a great job in my nails. When I went today, she wasn't there yet so they sat me with Terri.... he is HORRIBLE!!! He does what HE wants to your nails, doesn't take pride in his work, hardly speaks to you, stays on his cell phone, and is only nice and cordial to who I assume are regulars. I was so pissed by his work and lack of customer service that in the middle of him doing my nails I asked him to stop and hand me over to another technician, which he did with an attitude.
