My mother visits here frequently, and the owner I believe was very rude to her and refused to take her Groupon coupons. He basically told her not to purchase Groupon coupons anymore, and claims he's calling Groupon everyday trying to get rid of the coupons on Groupon. Mind you he confidently told her this and denied the use of her coupons letting her know he already denied two other people. He told her "I already LET you use two this month" and didn't accept it and had her pay full price. What business owner says that? As a business owner and service worker you make it your goal to satisfy your customers. The coupon SPECIFICALLY reads that you're allowed a coupon per visit. The owner needs a reality check that a customer is money. It is in your best interest to treat them properly. She really likes the products they sell, and she's too nice to be rude. However, I am not. If someone purchases $120 in Groupon for your store you should consider the same resources can be spent elsewhere. I especially went there for the Dubai chocolate cup but was some what disappointed. I orded a bowl and requested not a lot of chocolate. My cup had a overwhelming amount of cheap tasting chocolate with a small amount of pistachio mix which was spread on the bottom and half way the bowl very lightly and found the chocolate wasn't melted completely with chunks..It was just like having strawberry covered chocolate. But the kicker was..I noticed the cashier went to make my bowel and didn't even wash his hands and I brought it to his attention and he stated he did. but the curtain to the back room where he made my order was opened wide..The manger (foreign guy) heard the conversation and pulled me over and said that there was no Shady business going on or no underhand things.
