Rainbow Shops — Local services in Raleigh

This review is not a reflection of this location. The staff here have always been friendly in the few occasions I visited. There are some cute selections especially if you can wear their sliding scale sizes.

However, I just received nearly $60 in store credit because I had to return online items and store bought items on day eight after purchase. It is unreasonable to have a seven day return policy when you dont even have fitting rooms in your store. In todays technology enhanced world, it makes no sense to not refund your customers in the same manner as their payment in house. This is such a disappointing experience which in return discourages one to return. If it wasnt for the need to use my money, I would not shop with this...

I love Rainbow Shops so I was excited when I drove n saw there was one where I was visiting so we detoured to make a stop excited to see what we would find. But I was so disappointed. This location looks like it's closing. Large space but only half of the space was used for clothes. The clothes was just all over the place and not situated in the normal Rainbow set up and displays I'm used to seeing. It was very disappointing the sales associates were nice. I went to this Rainbows years ago and one of the employees had accused me of stealing because I took my purse to the back I had not been to Rainbows in years and I forgot that, that was one of there polices plus I did not see a sign on the door about leave Bags and purses up front but since they have to be so funny acting like that to me then I want be coming back to this location...
