Spider is incredible! Visited during a work trip and was immediately welcomed on my first set. I was blown away by the kindness. Christian literally shifted his lifting schedule to teach me some strongman and despite teaching a class for this purpose, Dane also took an entire training session (for free!) to introduce me to strongman since I wouldn't have been able to attend a Sunday intro session. If you're lifting here, no matter the weight or experience level, you're getting fist bumps. From everyone. A couple things to note if you're considering coming here, the gym is small. There is plenty of room to get your major lifts in with a platform for olympic lifting but expect little to no breathing room at peak hours.
