This isnât my first time at this boutique, but my first time feeling extremely uncomfortable shopping here. I usually have a great experience with the employees â theyâve been kind and welcoming and helpful. Today when I walked in, the girl who was there greeted everyone else who walked in, had conversation with them, and asked them if there was anything she could help them find. I was walking around for a few minutes trying to find gifts for a friend of mine, and had some questions about the jewelry, but she didnât seem attentive or interested in helping. In no way was she rude, but you can just tell when someone doesnât want to help you. That was the feeling I got from her. She was helping other customers, but I felt maybe because I was of a different demographic and didnât look like your typical shopper there, I was looked over. I came to this boutique a few days prior and bought some things with a different young lady; she was extremely sweet and kind. I like the store â I can always find unique and beautiful things especially when Iâm looking to get gifts for other people. Today just made me extremely uncomfortable and aware that not everyone is...
Read moreAmazing. Just amazing!!! Mandy (Swagger Boutique's owner) has always been generous with her time and shop resources for any cause I have brought to her or her staff. They really listen to what is needed for each of the events that I have called on them for. Whether it's a beautiful Monogrammed Wrap for a Silent Auction, a gift card to allow the raffle winner to choose their FAVE "Swagger Swag!!" or a "Going to the Beach" themed Beach Bag filled with goodies for the High School Seniors at Apex Friendship Senior Sendoff raffle winner. She is always there for me, and everyone else that I know comes to her with a worthy cause. As a business owner, I'm sure it's a fine line between giving away the store and supporting your community. Mandy naturally finds the perfect balance of supporting non-profits without giving the shop away (which is tough for someone with such a big heart). Her success as a businesswoman in our Cary community and now in Raleigh as well as inspiring and something to be admired. Oh and let's not leave out that I LOVE BOTH SHOP LOCATIONS MERCHANDISE!!! LITERALLY THE BEST MIX OF DECOR, GIFTS and CLOTHING!!...

Would I return? No. After you check out, they hand you the receipt and tell you that you cannot return for a refund. Store credit, thatâs it. To me, thatâs ridiculous.
The young lady that helped us was very kind and nice. The owner had some sort of attitude. Iâm a mother, not a teenager, but she treated me like I was a teenager. Granted, I didnât look my best, and I have a feeling that was the reason. Still, not appropriate.
The clothes are cute, but Iâm not sure theyâre worth the cost.
I gave it three stars, because the young lady that helped us was very nice. Itâs unfortunate that they do not take returns. How could you not take back an item if the tag is still on it and give people their money back?
The world is too competitive and online shopping is too easy, returns are common. Iâm not sure why they have such a strict policy. So, I take my...
