What would I do without Deja Brew? I feel lucky that Deja Brew is my home coffee shop. Regardless of the method I am ordering, either in drive through or sitting down, I can always expect a quality experience. All of their food is freshly made, as in I can watch them cut the avocado, cook the egg, and assemble the whole meal. And it’s not just fresh as in “fresh out of this fridge” fresh, it is fresh as in “this is the perfect softness avocado”, as in “perfectly cooked egg” and “evenly toasted bread” fresh. Every staff member is not only efficient, but kind and sincere to boot. As a daily coffee experience, having a friendly space to rely on makes my day. The staff creates that space. Best of all, the prices, for what you are getting, simply cannot be beat. Deja Brew offers what less and less places offer, a comfortable, enjoyable, beautiful space to just exist. For the same price as a premade, pre-heated meal I can get at loud national chain competitors, I am receiving excellent and local quality with a hefty taste of community. Simply put, Deja Brew is incomparable in what it provides my community: a sense of home.

Came here intrigued by the different flavor options. It was a cute little shop with lots of seating. There were a lot more options beyond coffee including teas, milkshakes, ice cream, etc. Since it was a hot day I opted for the Honey Cream Cold Brew. It wasn't very busy but it took quite a while to get my drink. Not too big of a deal since I wasn't in a hurry. However when I finally got my drink I was soooo disappointed. I guess my first mistake was thinking it would be a regular cold brew with honey cream cold foam or something on top. No it was a premixed liquid coffee so no rich color or layers to it. And then the taste was even more disappointing. It tasted like a watered down McDonald's iced coffee. No rich taste of cold brew and very muted honey taste that had more of a sickly sweet sugar flavor than anything. If you've had the liquid sugar in a coffee before you know exactly what I am talking about. It is so overly sweet it's almost unpalatable. But considering I paid over $7 for it I'm forcing myself to drink it. The quality is so bad I can't ever see myself coming back and risking getting another terrible coffee.

Good place to go and enjoy with friends or by yourself a nice cup of coffee. This place has a drive through and is very popular in the area, prices are very affordable and service is fairly fast. They have a little bit of everything. I enjoy my Caramel Latte, My kids love their Hot Cocoa and my husband a regular cup of Joe. Highly recommended, their coffee is not as strong as the Starbucks which I'm very glad not their prices are as high! I had to update my review. Today I visited the coffee shop and my drink did not meet the quality, there was barely any coffee in it. I asked for it to be added more coffee and they did add another shot of coffee, but not before I had to pay an additional two dollars. So my caramel latte cost me $7.15 for a 12 oz drink. I explained that it was done wrong from the beginning, but the asian lady seemed not to understand what I was saying. I would suggest you check your drink as soon as you get it, they are now skimming the amount of coffee so they can charge more for the same thing which is insane! Same goes for the Costco pastries and muffins over charging for those as well.

BEWARE! Deja Brew used to have a quality about them that was beyond extraordinary but WOW change has really occurred. Every holiday, I enjoy the iced pumpkin spice mocha drink and the past 2 times it was AWFUL. I believe that ingredients have changed and the prices are ridiculous for the taste and terrible customer service.

While my friend and I were ringing up our order, a young lady with braided ponytails, was speaking to another coworker as if we were not there about how she didn't get much sleep last night and etc. This is not typical encounters so I was okay with the continual conversation engagement with them.

Next, I went to drink my 7.36 medium iced pumpkin drink and NOOOOOO pumpkin taste or anything. The taste left me gagging. I took it back in after trying it again, still not good. Added 2 packs of SPLENDA..... not good so..... I did the next reasonable thing- take it back. I spoke in a gentle tone of voice to a guy who asked what do I want him to do to it????!!!???????!!!!!!! He went to the young lady with the braids and frown and she asked "Like what is wrong with it?" I said it is just not too good. She said "Well, we can't make you another one so I can put more pumpkin in it or something.... what do you want? " I said sure but is there a difference in the ingredients because I come here every year for this experience. May I speak with the manager or owner" She said..... "Well he won't be here until tomorrow and that is all I can say about that but I won't give you another drink but will add pumpkin" I said okay. She took her hands, NO GLOVES OR DIFFERENT CUP, put it under the flavor and sqirted some in my drink, shook it up, hitting it on her top to shake it and handed it to me. Then "Better" then turned around. The 2 of the other workers smiled, bumped their arms in celebration and she went back to her boyfriend or guy friend whom she told me she paid for their drink when I said politely she can ring it up. They walked past with a smirk on their faces once I decided to leave.

Why should I pay for another disgusting drink and why is it, I cant get access to a manager? I have never quite had this experience before here EVER.

The quality of this lovely coffee shop is going downhill VERY fast and it is sad. Possibly raise the standards and go above and beyond the typical place. Rather go to a chain then be treated this way.

Coffee, wasted in the garbage. This was not clean, with the spread of germs..... I do not feel welcomed or safe here any longer. Eat or drink here at your own risk of not just mental health but also physical health. Was treated like a peasant which leaves one wondering why...? Race? Day? Not sure but this was humiliating and embarrassing.

The best thing here is the desserts, sparkling water. My friend also reports that the coffee was burned. It was empty..... where are the customers? I am guessing they are where the customer service is........ no where...

We've been there 3 times because someone in my life is obsessed with the banana pudding milkshakes. I can't endorse this because it is super artificial and totally not healthy. The drivethru is paved & cut all crazy like an American Ninja Warrior obstacle course, and everything on the menu is overpriced despite the fact that the ingredients are basically just Jell-o pudding packs, corn syrup and food coloring in most of it, I'm pretty sure, and all I can really say in its favor is 1) he's obsessed with those "nanny pudding" shakes & it's out of my hands, and 2) one time we went through and the service sucked, but the 2nd time there was a guy and he was super sweet & awesome and made the whole experience a delight, and the third time the chick was pretty cool & good at her job. I didn't get anybody's names, so no idea who to commend here with the magnitude of my full Karen rating power. RIP squandered social capital. Shout out to Cool Guy, though! You know who you are, probably. lol

One time we went and there were no pudding shakes, so he got some other nonsense like strawberry shortcake, I think, and it was a horrific radioactive lie disguised as food. But I doubt most people are going here because they love salad, so whatever. Just going to say Champloo Desserts down the road a little way is cheaper & better and has something for even the grumpy adult-in-the-room health nut in your life AND the sticky gaping maw of your sugar child. I'm a fan girl for that place, but I swear I don't work there, it's just the best boba on the East Coast as far as I'm concerned. (Boba Up boba buffet in Seattle is the best on the West Coast, in case you...

This place has been amazing for years, but in the last month, they've squandered all the goodwill they've built up in the community.

I'm a laptop user who's gone to Deja Brew multiple times a week for the past year, usually spending $20-$25 a day once you factor in the employee tips. It's a rare week when I spend less than $100 here.

A few days ago, I arrived to discover that the best laptop-friendly table (my usual table) has been removed and replaced with, of all things, a crane machine and a sit-down video game. Any other tables with power outlets have had their power outlets deliberately blocked off with boxes so you can't access them.

The message was clear: no matter how much money you've spent here, or how loyal of a customer you've been, you're no longer welcome if you use a laptop.

Okay, noted. I'll never go back.

I've heard reports of other loyal customers being asked not to return after they complained about being overcharged for something. So they're banning people who point out that they got charged $4.75 when the sign says $4.25, and who ask to be charged the correct price instead? Ridiculous.

It's a pity the place is falling apart, because the staff has been terrific every time I've been there. A+ to these fine baristas, who are unfailingly pleasant and personable. But these new policies are horrendous.

I know several other loyal customers who've noticed the decline. Several groups who meet here recently have let me know that they're looking for a new spot as well. I've found one. I hope...
