Amazing Experience! My laptop is like new again thanks to the staff and Ervin. I recently damaged my newly purchased laptop. The warranty company wasn't able to rectify the problem so they sent me to Best Buy who then said they couldn't guarantee being able to fix it and on top of that the turn around time would be 3-4 weeks....I don't think so. That's when I looked for someone local and found Bergen Computer Solutions. Wow! What a positive experience. I bought the laptop in, Ervin took a look and new exactly what to do. I have been a customer for past several years and have recommended my boss and coworkers for their computer repair needs. After a recent episode where the representative was very rude, disrespectful and did not offer concrete set of steps to resolve the issue, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend to my colleagues. The representative failed to take ownership of the situation and instead was very dismissive. *Review Update: I went to the shop to pick up the computer--I did not order any repair to be done. I saw the customer service rep in question and he did not express any sorry mind that I was not satisfied with his assistance and that the business was losing several customers from this transaction. I wish I could recommend since my website turned out good enough. However the overall experience made it far from worth the money. All they had to to was take my existing website and rebuild it with the same content in wix. I was told this could be done in a few weeks. However the process took the better part of a year and only progressed when I called or emailed to ask about the status. I also had to personally point out a host of spelling and formatting errors each time I was told to check in on the site.
