Great beds, friendly service !!! Love the location next to everything you need and super convinient. Great tanning packages and specials ! (THEY DON'T HAVE MIRROR INSIDE THE ROOMS, and no one hands you a towel when you first walk in) but I'm spoiled and currently have three tanning memberships two of which are in Manhattan. So when I say they're great I have lots of experience to compare to. Totally tan has new beds, new lamps, very modern, great sound system, spacious rooms to get ready, extra fans, and personal care station where you can fix and clean yourself up before you go back to the real world. Prices and packages are posted for your convince and ample parking right there too !! Super way better tanning experience than I expected ! I am now a frequent curtomer ! On my first time there front desk person actually took time out to give me a tour of the place(which I didn't even ask for) to show all machines which was shocking because usually no one goes the extra mile, so that was very nice, they are great there. They don't hustle you into anything or try to upsell you, no snotty front desk girl with an attitude, just great amazing service with quality beds !! Bought a Groupon to Totally Tan in Ramsey. Didn't expect much- but was pleasantly surprised!! Every time I went, there wasn't a long wait- maybe 5 minutes max. The girls at the front are extremely nice and helpful. I didn't have to explain the Groupon at all, they knew what to do and handled my account well. Not sure what else to critique on the place- the beds were always clean, the rooms were neat, and there were not missing bulbs in the machines like other places I've been. Overall, nice experience.

Totally Tan is the best salon in North Jersey. The owner is very helpful and kind enough to remember your name! I love that it is really a personal experience.Also all the sales associates are knowledgeable. Every time I tan, I use the bathroom mirror and wipe my make up off with their make up wipes - when I return to the front the bed is ready - I don't even need to make contact with the girl - she just knows when to start it!
