Iām honestly really bummed by this place. The experience is very inconsistent and the pull up to the wash tunnel was poorly designed. My rims have been scratched more than once due to poor guidance from the attendant. I can see every angle of my vehicle via the cameras and the trajectory of motion but the attendants constantly insist to guide me⦠resulting in metal on metal and my car being forced to slide into the track. Iāve actually noticed more than once the attendant looking to the wheel that scrapes with concern or if there are two people there they look to each other with what can only describe as acknowledgment of concern. More than once my rims have been scratched. The inconsistency comment stems from the pre spray they randomly decide to apply before entering the tunnel. Sometimes they do and sometimes they donāt. Sometimes they do one side but not the other. Itās not a matter of them assessing the need because they rarely even make it to the right side of the vehicle. Iām always confused why all the other washes in the area are packed and Wash Club seems dead. Admittedly that could be because they are more efficient at getting you in and out but long story short I wouldnāt recommend Wash Club unless your vehicle is a late model and already has some wear and tear. Unfortunately that isnāt the case for myself and my 2024 has suffered. At this point the ship has sailed and it is what it is. If I could go back I wouldnāt have joined.

Believe me Iāve hit more than a few curbs in my day and those past experiences have conditioned me in a way that it will never happen again and has not happened on my current vehicle. Those scratches are from Wash Club. I would gladly accept the video if possible. I would also take down those photos and my review if Iām wrong. Reply to Wash Club Resolution: What happened to the offer to provide video evidence of the rim scratched prior to entry? Clearly canceling my membership without providing the video demonstrates that the damage to the rim was not there prior to entry. As far as the frequency since January, that sounds about right. Itās funny you were able to provide my visit stats but didnāt provide the video. I bought a 2024 AMG GLE 53 for ~ $115k at the end of December and I regret attempting to maintain it via Wash Club. The wear and tear endured in that time via Wash Club was far from worth it. I wish I wasnāt in denial as long as I was. I honestly feel relieved to have my membership canceled. If you care to discuss further and provide the video I will edit my review and publicly apologize.

Iāve been a loyal monthly member at this car wash for years. I consistently pay for the monthly exterior wash package and have always returned because, under the old management, I was respected and treated like a valued customer. Whenever I wanted to add an interior cleaning, they gave me a reasonable discount, acknowledging that I already pay for a monthly service. That made sense. It was fair. It was appreciated.
Fast forward to today, and let me tell you ā this place has gone completely downhill. The new management is a total joke. The so-called āmanagerā today was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. I explained that Iāve been coming here forever, Iām a loyal customer, and Iāve always received a discounted interior because of my membership ā and he couldnāt care less. He stuck to his overpriced rates like I was some random walk-in and basically treated me like I was bothering him by even bringing it up.
Not only is the customer service non-existent, but the attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Thereās zero appreciation for loyalty, no flexibility, and no effort to retain longtime customers. Itās like they WANT to push people away.
Oh, and letās not forget: they are now the most expensive car wash in the area. For what? Mediocre service, clueless management, and no regard for customers? The pricing structure makes no sense. Why am I paying a monthly fee and then getting gouged for an interior wash like Iāve never stepped foot here before?
This place used to have standards. Now itās just greedy, cold, and unprofessional. Iām DONE bringing my car here and Iāll make sure everyone I know hears exactly how far this place has fallen.
