I had my first Hydrafacial with Dayna at The Beauty Chateau, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I found the spa based on its glowing reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Right before a long-haul flight, I wanted to treat my skin to a hydrating boost, and Dayna went above and beyond to make sure I was well-prepared.

Dayna was warm and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable at every stage. She started by asking what I hoped to achieve, and I shared my concerns about my dull, dry skin and uneven texture. Dayna tailored the facial to meet these needs, systematically cleansing and prepping my skin with such precision, focusing on the areas that needed a bit more love but careful not to overdo it. She checked in regularly, ensuring the music and aromatherapy (which she made sure to ask my preference on) suited my relaxation goals.

When she finished, my skin felt noticeably firmer and more supple, and I was thrilled to see a radiant glow when I looked in the mirror. The results were immediate and exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, Dayna had even prepared an in-flight treatment kit to help keep my skin hydrated during my long flight—such a thoughtful touch!

LADIES & GENTS Listen to me !!! When I say look no further seriously THIS PLACE IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got Botox and lip fillers all in same day & let me tell you, Dayna is phenomenal at what she does! She makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you get there by explaining EVERYTHING & going over what your wants/ needs are to the very end as you’re walking out! First off- Dana is the sweetest, most knowledgeable & comforting beauty injector ever! She’s so personable, I feel like we’re friends. She takes her time with me, talks me through step by step through each procedure and explains why and how she does what she does and what it’ll do for each area, I always appreciate that so much! She always gives the best advice and her professional opinion. I’ll never forget my first visit with her I had a panic attack due to general anxiety disorder , she talked me down and was so comforting. I felt like I had known her for years, as we know anxiety is super embarrassing and I’ll always appreciate her for that. But most importantly I leave her office looking and feeling AMAZING!
