I went into this store at about 2 pm on Saturday 4/8/17. The young woman at the register (somewhat heavyset with a bad attitude) was rather rude. She muttered "you're so weird" under her breath and was generally unpleasant. The irony is, she was much weirder than I am (presented herself badly, was dressed poorly, etc.). Overall the store is good, but it's unfortunate that it employs an individual who feels entitled to insult customers. She should be terminated immediately to avoid the loss of more customers, as I won't be going back...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your store during my visit on June 6, 2025. One of your staff members (a man with a mustache) was extremely rude to me, which made my shopping experience both unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Ramsey Liquor from the outside looks like your average tiny liquor store in a strip mall, but don't shy away! They've got a pretty decent variety of wine and beer (especially craft beer!) and things are constantly rotating out. There's also a guy who tends to the beer there that is a) friendly and b) helpful as hell when it comes to making your selections. If you're like me and would prefer to support a local business, and avoid driving all the way up route 17 to get to Bottle King, this is best...
