Fast Cat Coffee — Restaurant in California

Below is the original review I made where I've rated them 1 star in 2021. I religiously avoided this restaurant when it came to DoorDash. I'm keeping it below because we are humans and should allow room for error and grace. We are all not perfect. I had the opportunity to revisit this establishment and am blown away by Owner and her Husband Caleb. It was a great experience the second time around and I will definitely be going back. I delivered an Instacart order and Caleb offered me a drink. I felt like I was at the "Doctor's" and he was carefully constructing a drink that not only would taste extremely great but was also HEALTHY for my body. The Owner said she has a ton of secret menu options and I can't wait. Starbucks and Peet's take a back seat with Fast Cat Coffee.

If I could I give negative 0. Came to pick up a door dash order. . stood there for 10 mins. No "ill be right with you." "One moment." Nothing. Then a non colored man walks in and is immediately assisted. Never used their service because the non colored man in front vibe was always off. Today was a confirmation. Im not even a customer. Lol! Im picking up om behalf of YOUR customer. THEN he coughed lips closed with no mask on. Ugh. I just walked away. Its 2021 its covid and they do not pass...

A unique and special European style American cafe (I know that sounds weird but go see for yourself) that prides itself on offering locally crafted high quality ingredients and creative menu.

Whether you’re looking for great coffee or tea or food, or just a place to study or work, (or watch races!), this is a must-try spot unlike anywhere else I’ve been before. One of the things I also really appreciated coming here was the candor when I asked what sandwich to order and I was told both what was most popular and what was simply the best, because they were not the same item (This is important). The breakfast sandwich is twice the size I’ve ever seen so if you’re not super hungry and have a friend with you, it’s totally shareable. And if you’re very hungry, you’ll be glad you came.

Also- If you have seen Gilmore Girls or Friends you may have noticed huge coffee cups. I’m tired of seeing plastic and paper cups at cafes and especially for larger quantities. They have the big 20 oz mugs!

A coffee shop I would pass by so the time but decided to actually try it. I found that this coffee shop being a 4.6 rating isn't one of the top search results in google maps for coffee.

I like to base my coffee with a cinnamon roll but it seems like they offered healthier choices with pastries, the cranberry scone that I had was bland didn't really have a good taste to it. There was no other customers and almost left without my scone. Person was knowledgeable and would come back to try other coffee drinks but would be hesitant to try other pastries.

2024 Edit Went in at 1:45 PM on a Saturday way different atmosphere. Had to update my 3 stars to 5 stars. I had the midtown morning breakfast sandwich with the grand Prix iced coffee. The sandwich was a good sized portion especially when coming in after noon. The iced coffee nice and strong, really enjoyed the combination of the two. The making of the coffee as well the breakfast sandwich, nice quality, will definitely come back when I'm in the area.
