Me and my husband got a couples massage. The massages were good. There are some issues with the financial part. The rate on the website says $90 for 90 minutes, but I was charged $207 at checkout (tip was in cash). If the rate was truly $90 then the charge should’ve been closer to $180. We both gave a tip of $20, as a generous “thank you”. Three of our family members went later on and when they checked out, they gave $45 for the tip, the woman who checked them out handed them back the 5 dollar bill and said “one more twenty”. They ended up paying another $20 for the tip, but if I was there I would’ve explained to the person at checkout that tips are not something to be demanded, they are given as a courtesy and it’s very bad form and business to demand a certain amount for the tip. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I love this place and ALL the staff here. I’ve always been greeted with warmth and sent off the same way. Every massage therapist is amazing. I telework and do Pilates, so I tend to have very tight muscles and knots and an issue with my right hip. These therapists hit all my points and found my sciatica problem that I suspected but didn’t realize it was on the other side. Best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve been seeing a chiropractor and have massages monthly for years. Also tried a very reputable masseuse that charged me double what I pay here and the massage that I get here at Lingfinity was just as good if not better. Ok, it was better. Maybe more of what I need in terms of pressure. I always leave better than I came and always counting the days til I come back. Just need to win the lotto and I’ll be here all the time. Totally appreciated the therapists and Lingfinity. We are from out of country and were looking for a place we could go for a great massage. We choose to have 90 minute deep tissue massages. Both my husband and I went twice in the same week. We had been travelling for months and wanted to get a real tune up. The therapists were so good. The pains from our tight muscles were gone after these massages. We felt so good. The spa is clean and professional. Highly recommend. You will be asked to run your card for payment before you go in for massage and then can add our tip afterwards.
