Nightmare of experience with ALLEN the owner. Called to get price for tire change he said $27 per tire, plus labor, I loaded the heavy bike in my car took it to his shop then he quoted me plus $80/tire saying $27 is just for tube. I then asked him why did he not disclose that to me over the phone and that’s when he went nuclear crazy started screaming at me saying “get out of my store and never come back”. I even told him ok I will pay and I need to drop off bike due to family emergency I need the space in my car to attend to my family, but he kept screaming to get out of the store. Never had any experience in my life like that and I told him I have a family emergency and need space in my car. All because I asked why he did not disclose all the charges over the phone! He is a terrible business owner and won’t support you after you buy their very expensive Ebikes. He is possibly mad because his store was empty and doesn’t want to deal with servicing after you buy !Online you can find better e-bikes with better range for a fraction of cost with better support. It’s unfortunate how Allen the owner is treating his customers after the sale is done. And as you can read other reviewers with similar complaints. Read moreWanted to get my first ebike, but I didn't really know where to start, and I didn't want to get ripped off. I went in to Pedego RSM knowing absolutely nothing and the owner, Allan, was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help me narrow down the styles of bikes that suited what I wanted, which was a bike that could easily be used on trails and such, while also still being decent for street riding and such, he provided me with some incredible knowledge about ebikes in general. I got to test ride a couple bikes from this store as well and both provided very good experiences. I went to two other ebike stores in the same day and neither of them provided nearly the same experience that Allan and Pedego RSM provided. I ended up coming back a few hours later to purchase an Element Platinum and a few accessories to go with it, i.e. the extended range battery, a lock, a mount for my phone, and a helmet. All of which were readily available for purchase. Allan took the time to sit down with me and do a detailed "orientation" with the bike so I'd know it inside and out. Definitely an amazing all-around experience for purchasing my first ebike. Read moreBought a used bike with a one year warranty. Took the battery back a week later letting them know it would not fully charge. Left with them to test overnight. Still would not charge fully. Told me they would order a battery since they did not have any in stock. Got busy and went back to get the new battery today after a few weeks and now am told it was not ordered and I needed to bring the bad battery back for them to submit a claim. NOT a good way to conduct business. NOT happy. They have new battery in stock now on a same model bike....we shall see soon how they handle the "warranty" It is only right to add I did finally get a "new" battery and if wanted all who read this to know that. I just wish they had handed me a battery right then and there off a new bike instead of making it a hassle. I was told the "used" bike was also under full warranty and apparently was not after all.
