Aroma Market — Local services in Randolph Township

My wife and I walked in just to see and the owner promptly shook our hands and introduced himself noting that he’s recently opened and many more products would be coming soon. We felt a little obligated to look around and saw many ingredients and products we didn’t know. We picked up a few packages of frozen Indian meals and frozen naan (one stuffed with spinach and cheese) for less than we pay for the same thing at Trader Joe’s. Well, we’ve just made them and holy smokes, this is better than any Indian food I’ve ever had in a restaurant. (And yes my points of comparison include Indian dinners in London!)

The spinach and cheese naan in particular was out of this world. I learned that the Indian pre-made meals are really important to serve with rice, as they are extra “saucy”. Or, you can sop up the delicious marinades with extra naan like we did.

We will be coming back to pick up even more easy meals for work nights. Who knows, maybe if the owner can direct us to the proper raw ingredients we might one day try our hand at making some of this delicious food from scratch. Hard to know how we’ll compete given the quality of even the frozen...

So glad to have Aroma Market open up in the neighborhood! It’s a great new addition for anyone looking for Indian groceries—everything from spices, snacks, and frozen items to household essentials is available under one roof. The store is clean, nicely organized, and has a welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and always happy to help, which makes the experience even better.

One thing I’d love to see improved is their fresh produce section. While they do offer a decent variety of vegetables and fruits, a bit more attention to freshness would go a long way. Ensuring everything stays crisp and fresh would really elevate the overall experience.

Still, it's a solid place for desi grocery runs, and I’m happy to support a local business like this. Definitely my go-to...

Aroma Market is a gem! The produce is super fresh, and the store has a great selection of products. It's a community hub in the making for us Millennials who have been waiting for a clean, friendly Indian grocery store!

The owners are extremely friendly, open to suggestions and have plans to expand the store’s offerings. They show a real commitment to serving the neighborhood better and making this a wonderful experience.
