Nail Art & More — Local services in Randolph Township

Took Gel manicure and pedicure. I rarely provide reviews. But looking at all the good reviews, i decided to visit this place and the service received was not upto the mark. This review is for those who are visiting for the first time. Hopefully you will receive better service than i did.

Manicure: All that was done was to shape my nails and apply the color. No cuticles was done. It almost seamed like a change of nail color rather than call it manicure. 35$ and tip(did not really want to give as i was not satisfied. But i was asked for the tip and i did not want to deny) really is pricy for the service provided. I do better manicure myself than the service I received here.

Pedicure: The person who did the padicure did an awesome job and the money you pay for the pedicure and the tip is well deserved. If at all i will be visiting this place again would be because of how well the padicure...

The pedicure chairs were comfortable, however that was probably the only thing I liked about the service. All of the employees that are not working with customers sit around and play on their phones. Very unprofessional. They push gel for their nail services after I specifically told them I wanted an acrylic fill. When they were taking off my acrylic tips, they literally ripped them off my nails. Causing breakage and during my pedicure, the woman pulled up the corners of my big toe nail and cut them causing me to now have very painful ingrown toenails. The "massages" afterwards are not very good either. Like the techs couldn't be bothered with you. I will not be going back...

I love their service and the only person does my manni and pedi well done is Jacob. The problem here is that the regular polish, gell olish or the week polish doesn't last. Not sure why. Tried their gel and was off after 5 days. Tried regular polish, chipped in 24 hrs off in 3 days. The last time I tried the mani pedi plus eyebrows and paid an extra 10 dollars for the week polish plus tip I spent 80 bucks. the next day it was all chipped and by the 3rd day horrible. So unfortunately I had to give it a bad rating but their massages and nail cleanijg and cutting are the best I come accross, their products or application of product it's not...
