In 10 years as a Sprint customer, I had to come home and write an outstanding review of my experience. My sales agent was Ryan. He was professional, answered every question I had, and there were many, looked up account information to help me determine my status for an upgrade and spent quite awhile giving me his honest opinions about which phones would best suit my needs.

I found the perfect phone and my plan WILL NOW COST LESS by nearly $25 per month!!! He didn't try to oversell or do the typical confusing pricing structure speak.

He processed my order efficiently and made sure I understood how to operate my new phone (which can be overwhelming) before I left. Who does this? Ryan did and I couldn't appreciate his knowledge and service more if I tried.

Just want to pass along my sincere appreciation to Ryan at the Sprint store on Strickler Road, Manheim, PA. Ryan went above and beyond not just once, but twice, with helping me handle an insurance claim on my son's phone which ended up in a replacement through Apple. When the replacement came back, he helped me get the phone up and running so all I have to do is hand the new phone back to my son.

Ryan was often the only representative in the store to assist customers. He not only helped me but helped each customer who came in with complete confidence, speediness and calm. Not only is Ryan very capable but he is pleasant and courteous as well.

When I purchased my phone the sales guy were uneducated in their current promotions including the manager, showed them the promotions online which they said they could match. They said after 2 billing cycles I would get my credits, since they were all wishy washy with their answers I had a feeling I was being lied to. What do you know after 3 billing cycles no credits! I even called it at the store and told them I was screwed over in the past with this exact situation! I knew going to an authorized retailer would result in this, they all have a high turn over rate and nobody ever knows anything....
