What made the whole experience even worse was how we were treated by their young inexperienced and immature manager because he never addressed my concerns about the situation but rather he was argumentative, very belligerent, sarcastic, condensending, unprofessional and very disrespectful toward me and my family. That is when I asked the manager to talk to the general manager and was told that I had to contact the owner of the business which I did call him while I was there for resoluation but only got his voice mail. When I asked the staff for a full refund, I was denied a full refund and when I then texted the owner, he also refused to refund me nor did the owner care about how his manager treated me and my family. I guess the owner only cares about making money and not concerned at all about the customer or customer satisfaction. This truly was the worst experience that I have ever had at a place...

Very unique ! We selected the Unreal Garden experience and loved it. The AR headset was easy to wear and adjust to. I wear glasses and did not have any issues. The directions provided by the employees were clear and helpful. My 14 year old grandson immediately grasped how to maneuever the 'garden', it took my husband and I (age 71) a minute to get the hang of it but we quickly caught on. Each of us had a different experience but we all really enjoyed it. My only criticisms would be that the animals tended to get a bit too 'preachy' but we just stopped listening and moved on to the next animal. Loved all the animals, especially the ones in the sea. Would definitely recommend this, appropriate for any age that can follow directions and remain engaged...

I went with my two boys ages 10 and 13 and we experienced the garden immersive journey. I think I enjoyed it more than they did! If you are into affirmations and positive thinking - it will resonate! It was a very memorable experience. The googles take a little getting used to and the room is on the cooler side but other than that, it was great. We also did the bundle with the 1.5 hrs of arcade. Since you can’t win prizes with the unlimited play, my boys were ready to go after maybe 45 minutes. The arcade is rather small. Still, it was worth the money and the day trip...
