Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rapho Township

This one is newer to the area and has the all new ordering kiosks, which I find easy to use and they have like 4 of them. Plus I do believe you can still order at the register. The facility was very clean and presentable when I was in there, that should be expected but not always accomplished at places.

Ordered my buffet of food and my classic Baja Blast with no issues or order mixups. Food came out in a timely manner as well.

As far as the food tasted it was all really good. Taco Bell joining forces with Truff Hot sauce for the time being was super smart and super tasty. I do feel though for a dollar add on per item for it there could have been more sauce. So you could actually enjoy that taste throughout the entire item it was on. First time also trying the fries and they were good. The only problem I had was they were saggy by the time I got to eat them and with everything on top of them I can see why it happened. I just personally like my taters to be crispy. But no worries if you don’t have a crispy need then they would be delicious.

Overall would recommend the spot to anyone and I’ll definitely be back. Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star review was due to a taco that wasn’t wrapped properly in the bag and turned into a giant mess...

Went threw drive threw. Lady at drive threw was snippy. She told us to drive to the second window for our total. I ordered the new crispy chicken ranch burrito a cheesy bean and rice burrito extra sour cream no spicy. Cinnamon twist. Nacho bellgrande no tomatoes no beef extra sour cream. And a large cup of water. And 2 potato tacos. We get to the window she said your here for Abby I said no. She said I don't have your order. I said okay then went to order she said o never mind its right here 12.75 I said um thats not possible got everything I ordered what is on the order she starts yelling the order back not my order I said no I didn't order that I ordered and went down she said you need to bare with me its a long day. Yelling this i said I understand. She then continues to yell and say are you going to pay or not so I can hand you this bag. I said no I want the right order your not listening to me. She said you need to pay now. I said Im not paying for nothing we will go elsewhere. She screamed again at us while leaving. I called the store while sitting in the parking lot and the manager offered no help or resolution just a im sorry ill speak to her. Don't waste your time....

The chicken seemed very old. And they forgot my drink. My daughter got the quesadilla and the chicken was non existent It literally was a flat quesadilla with a spot or 2 with some chicken. 2 of the 4 had not 1piece of meat. And it cost 6dollars for that I did a mobile order and had a friend pick up the meals but no drink or sauce I asked for 10mild packets our order was over 40 dollars. I would have been happy with a few sauces. Other then that everyone else's stuff was right and fine. Next time I'll take pictures. Worst part is there is no number on line or on Google maps to call them to tell them that they forgot something. So I have no way of even getting this issue corrected unless I go out of my way and drive another 6.3 miles just to get upgraded slushie that I paid for. And its if I try to tell them tomorrow or next time I go they will not believe me. Please add a phone number or email for compliments...
