Starbucks — Restaurant in Rapho Township

I usually don’t have any issues with this location, so I was surprised by today’s experience.. especially because it was meant to be a small birthday treat.

My partner just turned 30 today and ordered her birthday coffee. She was given an estimated wait time of 6 to 8 minutes, so I went to pick it up. After waiting inside the store and not seeing anything under her name in the pickup area (section A through G, her name begins with “C” ), I noticed a cup just sitting there in the wrong section after 15-20min .. it was in the H section… whyyyy.

It turns out that was her drink.. completely melted, the whipped cream separated, and the overall appearance unappetizing. It had clearly been sitting there for a while.

This not only led to a disappointing product, but also wasted time on a day that should’ve felt a little more special. I’m not happy with the experience and hope this can be addressed so others don’t have...

Unacceptable how I was spoken to this morning. I put an online order in and was to pick up thru the drive thru. I was talking to the girl who takes order. She was nice. I told her my last name, and did say my first name. She didn't hear me when I said my first name, so I said my last name again. (Not aware they only see first names on orders)..... I get to the window. The nice girl opened the window only to be "greated" with a very rude "Karen" behind her.... no lie. She (Karen) asked my name, I told her. She proceed to scold me that they only see first names, her body language told it all to me. She was ready to argue with someone. Like I should know better than to waste her time. The order was fine. But the customer service.... Do better please. Nobody is trying to fight you dear. I just want...

Once i was crazy frazzled in morning after dropping kids off... had just gotten cast on and arm was killing me...forgot my wallet and got to windows and apologized and said please cancel order. I was just having a morning from hell....and person at drive thru said.."honey..we have always had those kinda days!!, NO WORRIES!" And handed me my order out the windows...free! Wasn't free drink that made my day...someone just seen I was fried and ready to melt down and just sympathized and then my free caffeine on top. Wow.so kind!! I went back next day and gave that person a $20 bill for my drink and thank u tip for them . Just because someone else got it!!!! Thank u mount joy Starbucks! Always...
