We can’t say enough good comments about Jared, Madison & Holly ! we’re an older couple who adopted a1 year old lab mixed, she is/was very reactive to people, dogs as well as leash reactive. We had even considered re- homing her, but that decision was very heart breaking to us. We found out about Barking k-9 our Callie loves it there & they love her, she’s done a complete turnaround. We still have work to do but doggie daycare has help her & us find common ground to build on. I take my pooch to Barking K-9 at least once a week and I couldn’t be more happy with the service and the experience as a whole. They upload pictures off and on all day: so if you’re a nervous Nellie about your fur baby like me, there’s piece of mind in knowing you can check in! They also assure that all dogs are up to date on their shots- so you don’t have to worry! My doggo is so happy and exhausted when I pick him up!

Jared and Emily have built in my opinion the best doggie sanctuary! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service, or even better the price!

We were passing through town and wanted to see Mt. Rushmore and play in Keystone. Bringing our dog along for the day was not a good idea. The people at Barking K-9 were wonderful! I was nervous leaving our dog with strangers. I asked so many questions before I left and I’m sure they all thought I was crazy. When I picked our dog up, she wanted to stay and continue to play! The report I got on her was stellar and the employees understood the special needs a frenchie needs (all brachycephalic dogs needs). I will absolutely recommend this place and will definitely use their service again when we come through...
