I ordered delivery online directly through the subway website this evening. Subway dispatched doordash to deliver the order. I receive the order and I am missing a drink and 2 bags of chips. I call Subway to let them know that I'm missing a total of 3 items and request for them to either refund those 3 missing items, or to dispatch someone back out to deliver the 3 missing items. I had to explain this 3 times to the first person I talked to before she handed me off to someone else who claimed to be the manager. I proceeded to explain an additional 10 times (I wish I was kidding) that we ordered it directly through the subway website, not doordash, and requested a refund for the missing items or to have them delivered. They continue to tell me repeatedly that there is nothing they can do and I have to contact doordash for a refund. I repeatedly explained doordash can't do anything for me because I didn't order through doordash. I ordered through the subway website therefore I paid subway and they are the ones responsible for refunding me the missing items. The so called manager was incompetent and refused to help me, repeatedly telling me to call doordash. She finally said I could come into the store and get a refund or pick up my missing items. I explained I ordered delivery for a reason, I cannot come to the store. They need to either refund the card I paid them with or send someone again with the missing items - their choice, although at this point I would prefer a refund because I'm tired of dealing with someone who can't comprehend such a simple request. I then ask this "manager" for her name, because after15 minutes of back and forth obviously she wasn't going to refund me for the missing items. She refused to give me her name because she knew I was going to report her for failing to do her job. I have submitted a request on the subway website and I'm waiting to hear back from someone but clearly this "manager" shouldn't be managing a store if she can't fix her mistake and fulfill a simple request. Quite honestly she should be fired, or at the very least demoted. She has no business being a manager. I used to love this location but after this experience with such incompetent workers and such a rude and incompetent manager, I don't think I'll be back. Subway - I'm waiting to hear back from you and SOMEONE better...
Read moreIn town visiting for a few days. Hungry for a good sandwich, hey; Subway right down the road. Went through the drive thru (yeah didn't read reviews first), placed order for foot long meatball with veggies, sweet onion sauce; toasted Also a dozen cookies, half c chip, other half white chocolate macadamia. Waited at window a few minutes, got my drink. Checked out the inside, nothing but shelves and boxes (great dust magnets). No idea where food was prepped or how it looked. Staff not so friendly (two young kids). Finally got my order after about 10 minutes. Wished I checked it first before leaving. Several areas of the bread were blackened by toasting. No sweet onion sauce. Barely enough veggies (spinach, tomato, onion, peppers) to fill a tablespoon. Wrong cheese out on. The meatballs were not fresh by any means. They were either left over from previous day, or overheated as they were so dark. Received 12 white chocolate macadamia cookies stuffed in a salad container (they were broken). When I took them out to put in Ziploc; 80% broken. Several tasted old (wow, what a surprise), along with fresh. Ate a few bites of the sub, then tossed. Saved fresh cookies. Interesting that Subway advertises "New and Fresh". Apparently the word has not gotten out to all franchises; or their employees. What a shame as they used to be just about the best...
Read moreVery rude staff and poor quality food. One of our sandwiches was literally half empty (lettuce and tomato was the only thing my husband found on that half). Ordered a salad but they refused to cut up the meat for the salad and was told they “don’t do that” and just threw it in the bottom of the bowl. Every Subway I’ve ever been to and ordered a salad from has gladly sliced up the meat btw. Asked for an Italian and was told “we don’t have an Italian” - there were two different Italians on the menu. When I said this, I was rudely asked “well then, which one do you want?” I asked what the difference was and was told “I don’t know - just tell me what you want on your sandwich.” We are in town frequently to visit family and often stay at the hotels right across the street. Our family doesn’t plan to come back here again. The staff here needs to be better trained and both customer service AND what their...
