I have been to this store multiple times and love it, however my experience yesterday confirmed I will not be shopping here going forward. I went in to meet a friend that came into town (we used to walk around the store, try out new things, talk, etc). This go around, the store was super packed, which in most cases I am okay with. We crossed over from the coffee/tea/oil side of the store to the baking area. This is when an older woman that worked for the store kept circling and asking if we needed any help with anything. There were also rude circle of women that would not move out of the way when bring told "excuse me". Yesterday opened my eyes on the client's that come to the store and some of the employees. Read moreThis is a really fun store featuring many "tools of the trade", serving ware, beautiful gifts for anyone's kitchen or entertaining needs. The specialty coffees and teas are awesome; great selection. There are kitchen linens, many lovely and fun gifts for any occasion. We have taken classes there and learned a lot while having a great time. It is our go-to place when we need something new for our kitchen.
