If you eat here please lower your standards to protect yourselves from utter disappointment. This was the worst Olive Garden we have ever eaten at. We have been to an Olive Garden in multiple locations and this was horrendous. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated for our family when there were multiple open seats that we could see. They let 3 families go in front of us then I spoke up and said we could sit at different tables if that would be easier she then found us a table. The waitress could not remembering our order and i had to repeat myself at least 3 times. I make it very easy and read the list had typed for our orders so I am the only one who has to order.
We had to flag down and ask our waitress for absolutely everything to be refilled. Not once did she ask about refilling anything she would be waking by and I had to tell her hey we are out of water breadsticks salad and soup can we get a refill.
She gave our child a children’s milk with no straw. Usually not a problem but it was out of a cup that only had a hole for a straw. Finally the kids food all came out burnt. The bottom of the pizza was charred and stuck together the entire bottom half. the top of the pizza got peeled off so they didn’t have to eat it. Mind-full the 4 kids were starving and ate it anyways since they got their food absolutely last. Everyone had had their food completely finished by the time they got their food I had even asked about it because I thought they had just forgot the order. It was pizza- macaroni and ravioli. That should have been quicker than the other food we had ordered.
To top it off my husband had silverware that looked like someone had blew their nose in the black napkin. The next set had food still on the spoon so he finally gave up and used one of our kids used forks instead of asking for a new set. We Love Olive garden and go for birthdays or just a nice lunch … this was so...
Read moreAfter we were seated and had our drinks, our waiter Justice came over and announced that they had no breadsticks. We got some overbaked square rolls. My granddaughter has major food allergies and can eat the breadsticks, but we enquired about the rolls, and he brought a pic of the frozen rolls package and our granddaughter couldn't eat them. I had ordered soup/salad/breadstick meal, so of course I was disappointed that the main part of my meal was missing. After the manager came over and inquired as to if we were satisfied with the food, and I told her that they should tell people at the door that there are no breadsticks. If I'd known before I sat down and got a drink, I would've gone elsewhere. She said she'd tell the greeter to inform people, but everyone that came back to be seated was surprised when they were told there were no breadsticks...so obviously they didn't want people to leave. I thought it was crappy, at least give people the option...the breadsticks are pretty integral to the 'Olive Garden' experience. On the bright side, they did comp 2 meals out of the 4. But, I'd rather have been given the choice to eat there, or go elsewhere before we were given a table. That was more annoying than anything else. (My granddaughter couldn't eat anything but her fetuccini alfredo, as she can't even eat the salad dressing). Bad form, Olive Garden. Not good customer service. One other thing I don't like is that the servers stoop down to your level to take your order. I feel it's a little close for comfort for me to have someone inches away from my face..Just stand up and take the order, please. I need my personal space. Justice was nice and I'm sure he was doing all he could under the circumstances, so he got a very generous tip from me. It's not his fault the company screwed up. May not go back again for a...
Read moreMy review is not about the food, but the waitresses who like to talk about their customers right in front of them without knowing. I ate here August 15th at 9:30 PM. My dad and I just drove 12 hours and have another 16 hours to go, so finally stopped for some food. When I was done eating it was past 10, and we were gonna go to the bathroom before we began our next 16 hour drive but I am a woman and had forgotten a feminine product in the car. The doors were locked to come back in, and 3 waitresses didn't even really acknowledge me. Guess it's store policy to not let anyone in after 10 which is fine, but how am I suppose to know? Finally (after ~5 minutes) the manager let me in, and told me the store policy (also, idk how it makes sense if half of the party is still inside. What if we forgot our wallet since we take them out of our pockets while traveling..). When I was waiting for my dad at the bathroom the 3 waitresses decided to talk about me and how I was crossing my hands... well, yeah, my dad and I were paying customers and he was still inside. My phone was with him and so I couldn't even call so I literally was stuck outside in a state I don't live anywhere near... wasn't to fun to hear all that. Really made me feel bad since I was no were near rude to any of the staff, didn't leave a mess, we tipped accordingly, etc. When I managed a restaurant I always taught my waiters and waitresses MINDFULNESS. Good thing I don't live here. Won't ever have to come again.
*The two waiters who actually served us were great, polite, and actually fun. The...
