CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Reading

I went into the pharmacy to question a refill I picked up on a prescription I’ve used for years. The pill was a lot bigger then normal so before taking it I wanted verification that the pill was the correct one. I believe I talked to the pharmacist and when I tried to ask my question she raised her voice and appeared very aggressive and agitated with me. She asked if I didn’t want that manufacturer. I’m not a pharmacist and really was not sure what she was asking. A friend was with me and chimed in with is all I wanted to know if the pill was the same I was taking. Instead of taking the time to understand I felt she kept bullying me. It was not a good experience and believe she should take a course in customer service. GREAT PHARMACY AND GREAT STAFF! The drive-up drop off & pick up window makes this highly desirable for those who do not or cannot get out to walk to the back of the store for the pharmacy. The staff pharmacists are super friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Every staff member knows the store & the location of the products. Nice selection for quick grocery items...

Lost my prescription in the 2 minutes it took me to go get the 27 cents that i was short with and can back and waited in line. Ignored the customers in line and instead went to fill bottles when there are clearly a lot of people that needed to be helped.
