I went into the pharmacy to question a refill I picked up on a prescription I’ve used for years. The pill was a lot bigger then normal so before taking it I wanted verification that the pill was the correct one. I believe I talked to the pharmacist and when I tried to ask my question she raised her voice and appeared very aggressive and agitated with me. She asked if I didn’t want that manufacturer. I’m not a pharmacist and really was not sure what she was asking. A friend was with me and chimed in with is all I wanted to know if the pill was the same I was taking. Instead of taking the time to understand I felt she kept bullying me. It was not a good experience and believe she should take a course in customer service.
