Sola Salon Studios — Local services in Reading

This review is based upon Daniella at Extension Haven 'N Color Lounge inside Sola Salon. This has been so disheartening. I booked a keratin treatment 6 weeks in advance, and she canceled on me with an hours notice after I drove 90 minutes down from NH back on August 20th. She vowed to refund 4x, and hasn't yet. It's been 2 months, and I'm sick of asking, so I disputed it with my credit card. Now, 2 months later, she has charged me almost $400 at random. I now live 3k miles away and was nowhere near Reading, MA 3 days ago for a service. I was nothing but polite hoping to just move forward, but now I'll just say it. She canceled because "a water problem " , but was sharing photos from Old Orchard Beach, ME on her work Instagram, which was in poor taste. This is total fraud, and so very disheartening all around.
