Watch your bill. I was charged $18 on the 25th of September and then $60 the 5th of October. I was charged an upgrade fee twice in less than a year. When I told them I had paid it already, they told me the previous charge was a sign up fee. It cost me almost $80 to sign up about 6 months prior. I remember asking why it was so much and being told it was due to a “once a year upgrade fee”. I also have a friend I had tried to encourage to join me in visiting this gym as well, but she refused due to a past of them overcharging her.

That being said, I joined because the gym was conveniently located near my home and I actually really enjoyed working out there. I have since relocated and am looking forward to not being overcharged at my new gym. Sadly I cancelled my membership and wouldn’t rejoin even if I lived...

They charge about 3x the price as Planet Fitness.

They gym is old and dirty, with lots of homeless going in to shower all the time. It stinks really bad because they have no windows or air circulation.

They don't have any advanced equipment. Only one squat rack and a bunch of machines for the most part.

It's very cramped and crowded.

Edit (response to owner): Planet Fitness charges $10 a month for a much larger and clean gym, with newer equipment, and who hire more local employees.

It's also not a small, locally-owned gym. The owners own different gyms. No more money is being distributed locally with your gyms than...

Ive been going here for PT and the Gym for 20years everyone is amazing sweet very polite treat everyone with up most respect treat each and every patient as a person with lots of care compation they listen to ya talk to laugh with ya they make u feel so comfortable Jim Diane have been such AMAZING thereapist jim that takes care of us doing exercises to help get us back on our feet stronger and the maneger of the gym is an amazing person has always been so good helpful understanding im so happy to be a patient there thanks...
