STAY AWAY NOT RECOMMENDED I CUSTOM ORDERED AN STERLING SILVER ANKLET AS A GIFT PICKED IT UP LOOKED OK, MY NEICE WAS HAPPY TRIED IT ON FOR A MINUTE THE EXTENSION PART BROKE OFF CALLED THEM TOOK IT BACK TURNS OUT THAT THE EXTENSION IS STAINLESS STEEL NOT SILVER,THEN PERHAPS THEY FIXED IT BROKE RIGHT OFF AGAIN I WENT BACK THEY SAY 2-3 DAYS IT WILL BE READY TOOK 3 WEEKS INSTEAD AND THE EXTENSION WAS CHANGED TO SILVER RIGHT BUT NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED CALLED THE SO CALLED BUSINESS MAN - (OWNER )SAYS I DIDN'T BUY IT FROM HIM HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND WAS VERY RUDE, YELLING AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE RED OAK LOCATION OR THE TOWN EAST LOCATION EITHER CAUSE THERE BOTH...

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I dropped off my watch to have a battery replaced. I was told the price and it seemed reasonable. Thirty minutes later I received a text stating that the price was going to be 250% of the agreed upon price for the battery because it was a more expensive watch. I just wanted the battery replaced,so I agreed and paid the higher amount. When I returned home, I called a trusted jeweler and explained what had happened. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was hoping to find a convenient, trustworthy jeweler in my home town. THIS IS NOT IT. DO NOT TRUST...

Dont go to this business the owner is very rude! I brought a chain in and dropped it off for a simple clasp repair. A week later after I hadn't heard from them I called and asked if my item was repaired. The owner said no at hadn't been repaired as the person that orders the supplies was out of town...I asked why didn't you call me oh well we dont call people. When I went to pick up my item he was very rude .If he didn't want to repair my item he should have said so when I came in to drop it off. I will never use this...
