WOW! I had such a great experience at Touma Jewelry. I had two watches that needed the batteries replaced. I called ahead of time, got a quote, and the owner said he wasn't busy so I could stop by this morning. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and it took about 5-6 minutes to get the batteries replaced. The owner laughed when he brought me my "Backwards Goofy Watch" because he had never seen one like it. He said he had to look twice to make sure he wasn't seeing things. It's an unusual watch. He said the inside looked the same as all other watches - there were no backwards mechanisms. LOL! We both had a good laugh. Quick service, and great customer service. I will definitely return to Touma Jewelry for my watch and jewelry...

We took two rings to get resized and a gold chain to have the clasp replaced. One ring was sterling silver, which many places prefer not to work on. Mr. Touma gladly took all our pieces without any hesitation, and did exactly what we needed in a very timely manner (we picked them up same day). Mr. Touma and his son were very kind and happy to help. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Repairs were done to perfection! It is obvious Touma Jewelry knows what they are doing. One of my stones fell out of my wedding ring. I took it to Kay Jewelers to have it fixed because I had purchased the insurance with them. They said it would not cost anything to fix but would take a couple of months. After 3 weeks, they said that the diamond was damaged along with another diamond and would cost $660 to fix. I requested to get my ring returned to me rather than pay for the repair. I took my ring to Touma’s and was told the stones were not damaged.
