7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Red Oak

Feeling conflicted writing this review ! I found them in August and wasn’t crazy about the coffee until my friend introduced me to what became my favorite energy drink ever ! I now get it at least 4x a week ! But for some reason it tastes different EVERY SINGLE TIME ( I’ve had many many remakes ) They have also gas lit me into thinking light ice and medium are the same amount ? Well I made a post about my negative experience this week and it got back to one of the employees I don’t really care for . Well he happened to be a customer tonight while I was there and decided to address the post and gas light me again .. he doesn’t think my drink will taste the same every time even if they follow EXACT MEASUREMENTS ? Not sure why he wanted to debate with me off the clock and interrupt my night . Felt very passive aggressive while trying to sound like he was “ improving quality of service ” with our conversation ! I don’t want to have to drive 15 minutes to the next location , I just wish they made it right the first time ! Other than that it’s pretty...

Mediocre!!! I have made multiple trips to this establishment with pretty good service..... until today... Odered routine coffee that i have always ordered and unfortunately was given a large instead of a medium...I did not notice the size difference until I arrived home. Why I did not want the medium instead of the large was because as I have customized my flavorings for a medium cup. A large cup would require more sugar, flavoring, etc. due to the increased amount of liquid in a large cup. Anyway, I returned the large for a medium and they pulled a fast one on me!! They assured me they would remake the beverage in a medium cup!! They poured the large diluted coffee into a medium cup!!! Unsatisfactory!!! I would rather go to Starbucks and have my coffee made right...... it is worth the...

Super excited for a new coffee option near me!! 7 brew did not disappoint! They ran some really great promotions so that I can taste a variety of their menu items and I fell in love with the Iced Blondie with cold foam and caramel drizzle with the cinnamon roll in close second! My kids loved the smoothies and overall I'm very impressed! You definitely have a new regular! The staff is very friendly!! The only suggestion is to cut the music down just a tiny bit so that I am not yelling when they try to make small talk while waiting on the orders. I like Loud music but it is a bit over the top! Also please add an app for your store to track rewards...
