The salsa is frozen, which renders it tasteless. It contains zero heat, so anyone giving it more than 1 star is likely some Red Oak local who's never had actual Mexican food. The "tub" of salsa exploded onto me and the table, and the wait staff seemed utterly unconcerned. I literally wore more of it than I ate, because it was terrible. We waited almost 20 minutes for our food, stinking of salsa on our clothes. When it finally got here, the enchiladas were underwhelming and fairly bland. Here you can taste the homemade cooking, whether you're in a mood of some homemade biscuits and gravy for breakfast or if during lunch you want some beef fajita nachos or if you're just in the mood for a chef salad for dinner cancuns has that for you. I highly recommend they chicken fried steak meal and their breakfast specials. The place looks great there is a beautiful inspirational mural in the on the main dining room and an other mural at the private party room. I was able to walk in and be seated immediately, and the waiter was very welcoming and helpful. They started me off with chips and salsa, which were good, but I was told I needed to get their burger! I got the double Cheeseburger with tots, and this thing was massive. Nice thick patties, and a great flavor, and the tots were nice and crispy.
