Customer service is horrible. I walked in and the large man at the front didn't even look at me when he greeted me. Already made me feel unwelcome. I asked for an estimate and he said "deal right now, $300 all around"... I said okay that's a decent price. I asked if he did Saturdays and was told no, not even willing to work with the customer. Funny because his hours say open Saturday! He made me so uncomfortable that I just put my name in the books with no intention of going back. Funny because I went there in 2017 and thought it was my place. I went to another place and was blown away at how cool and professional they were. Plus showed me around and explained everything. He asked where I went previously for an estimate. He laughed and said Clear impressions deal is always that- $300 and it never changes because they want the business lol. Over the past few years I have taken 3 cars to clear impressions for tint without any issues. Today was the last time I ever take a car for a tint job because they decided to raise the price when I showed up to my appointment. I was quoted $460 for all my windows to get tinted including an eyebrow. When I showed up today they said it would be $540. I took time off work and had already made the arrangements to get my car done and they wouldn’t honor the price they had originally quoted me a few days ago.
