Castle Lounge — Local services in Redding

I stopped by to have a drink to help celebrate one of my daughters friends birthdays. I usually avoid the bar scene but figured this might be a a low key place but what do I know since I clearly don't get out much. I walked in and there was one bartender a woman wearing a hot pink onesie who appeared to be inebriated or on something. I watched a few people try to order drinks and she was bouncing all over the place yelling sticking her tongue out acting like a fool not paying attention to anything going on. I also noticed some younger people in there trying to order drinks and she was harassing them after they had already showed their iDs asking if they were old enough then proceeded to ask them if they even had enough money to pay. I love the castle lounge it is the only bar I go to it is full of good people and great bartender that are nice and welcoming. I am happy every time I go in it if I am in a bad mood the minute I walk in and see Steve behind the bar I say hi and he smiles at me and everyone that comes in and it makes me feel good, I love doing karaoke there Lance is a great dj and his beautiful wife Serena are great singers and wonderful people that don't try to stop any songs I want to sing even through I am not a good singer they encouraging me to do what I love. Steve, Chris, serena and Daulton are the dream team you want working in a bar. Great people, great drinks, great prices! I have a great time everytime I go in and really thats all you should ask of a bar. On weekends when Lance comes out to K.J thats when the party really starts and then fun begins!
