I had some speakers I wanted added to a boat. I went in and wanted kicker speakers so everything matched they said they don’t carry that brand but bring in the boat and they could make a parts list of what I needed and I could order it and they could install it. Which was really nice of them instead of just trying to get me to buy the stuff they carried. When I received to the stuff I noticed that the tower mount on the speaker were too big so I went back in and the owner overnighted the correct adapters again above and beyond. I went in for the install and they asked if I had a preference on how stuff was done I said no you are the stereo shop I’ll trust what you guys. I get the boat back and it sounds terrible. I took it back in the next day and said it needed to be fixed. But this time I told them I wanted the stock 400 watt amp to run the 2 coax tower speakers and the deck to run 4 interior speakers (the original setup) and the 2 horn speakers and sub to be ran off the new 900 watt amp I purchased. They ran everything to the one 900 watt amp and thought it would work but speaker produced a bad hiss. I personally wouldn’t have sent the product back to the customer like that on $1260 install labor cost. When I got the boat back the second time it sounded great but was changed an additional $250 for labor. So I’m in 1500 for an install keep in mind I purchased the parts they asked for and bought them in and around $400 for the overnight mounts plus I’m going to guess on the high end $200 in additional parts wire fuses etc so 800-900 in labor which is fine I’m to old to be stuck under a seat trying to mount this stuff. And I will say the wiring job looked really clean. I put a 5 star in review because I’m a Redding local and appreciate they are a local business. My only problem is don’t charge me and additional 250 to fix the job you didn’t do correctly. I would have happily paid for extra parts but not the labor. The owner wasn’t there when I bought the boat back the next day and if he was I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he would have said we will take care of it...

Would not recommend this place for your car audio install. Here is why - I got my factory deck swapped with an aftermarket sony system few months ago. When I dropped the car off, I asked the technician if he wants a guide for install as I knew it wouldn't be any easy task, he said I have 20 years experience and do not need that. I was like, fine.. they know what they are doing. Took 3 days and they couldn't figure it out, I made 4 trips to the shop and they did not have humility to accept that they don't know how to fix it. I guessed they need help, so I sent the install guide from Lexus forum to them with a step by step guide how to install it. Even with the guide they still couldn't follow the steps, broke the trim pieces around the air-condition vents and did not even apologize for it or discount. On top of all that they asked me for more money because it took them more time.

When I went to pick up the vehicle they were rude and threatened to not give me any warranty if don't pay more than what they originally quoted me. In short my experience was awful!
