Shasta Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:04. I spoke with Kasey. At 9:15 I called and Kasey informed me the delivery driver went to the hotel next door and would be right here soon. 10 minutes later the driver arrived with my pizza. The pizza was cold, they did not bringe a receipt, and I ordered extra sauce on the side as the other time I ordered here the pizza was a bit dry. So and he and 20 mins, cold food, and not my complete order. When I asked the driver she just said she didn't know with a puzzled look on her face. I had originally told Kasey during the 1st phone call to add a good tip onto the order, when I called to complain and recind my tip, I expressed these things to Kasey. His only concern or apology was "she was supposed to go to you 2nd." To a perspective customer: I sure hope you're 1st on the delivery route if you enjoy hot food, and if they get your order wrong, dont expect them to make any efforts to make it right. To the owner: good luck staying in business with shining examples like Kasey and the delivery driver running your business into the ground. It was very apparent they "didn't care." I'd actually review the pizza bit it's cold and dry, so all incan comment on is my experience. I'm on the road 42weeks a year and have had my fair share of poor performance from a pizza place.... this however takes the cake.... this is the first experience at an eatery to motivate me to make a comment. Worse pizza delivery...

Tried ordering at 9:00pm, store hours online and both in person say they open at 11:00 and close at 10:00pm on weekdays. I tried putting in a order on Thursday, 9:00pm. They received my call and blatantly told me they were closed, and immediately hung up afterwards. This store needs to update its hours if they have any updated hours for their own stores schedule. Diners, like myself, are left with a serious bad impression when looking for a good pizza joint. Hospitality is key, and so far this place is far from being a open and hospitable place to dine, eat with friends, and to pick up dinner for your family. I will not be coming back to this place, and anybody who asks about Shasta Pizza will be told about this experience. It's got nothing to do with their food, ingredients, and ultimately their pizza. It had everything with them turning down diners which is terrible and horrible...

I have ordered pizza from this Company for quite a few years...they have always had good customer service and great food!! Until last night. First my order was wrong and not all there. I called and they made it right. No big deal, then she delivered the right pizza and the missing order and the toppings were not even on the pizza. They were slid off and sticking all over the box. So they again made it right with me and delivered a THIRD pizza....great customer service, I thought, right? NO!! The delivery driver was so irritated that she had to deliver a third time to my house, she actually had the nerve to do a burn out in my driveway. SERIOUSLY!! I called and let the acting manager know that this happened, hopefully they will get the message back to the owner. It was very uncalled for and unprofessional. Honestly I wouldn’t be writing this review at all, if she wouldn’t...
