I brought my E36 M3 to BMV Service for a long list of deferred maintenance items and a new set of tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and the pricing was more than fair.

Eugene was fantastic from start to finish. He kept great communication throughout the inspection and repair process, and took the time to identify additional work that truly needed attention. This included a few safety-related issues that other shops had missed, and he was happy to show me what was wrong in-person with my car on a lift.

Eugene additionally went above and beyond by coordinating to have my original Style 39 wheels refinished at an outside shop, then mounted the new tires once everything was complete. He even scheduled pickup for a clear day so I could enjoy my car’s refreshed state with the top down.

Amazing service! Highly recommend. Eugene is an incredible professional with extensive knowledge of BMWs. He is a true, old school expert, which is so rare to find nowadays. I had a highway vibration sound concern in my BMW, and decided to take my car to BMV service for the first time. After explaining the issue, Eugene went on a very thorough test drive with me and even tried the speeds where I asked him to recreate the sound, despite it being much faster than what most dealers would ever try to go to recreate that vibration sound. Turns out my xDrive logic was not liking the non-OEM tires I had, and the dealer never told me nuances like that. He also suggested for me to change my transfer case fluid and perform a settings reset, since it was never done before. He installed new OEM tires for me, and performed the service on the transfer case. He did everything fast and for a great price.
