Crown Trophy — Local services in Redland

Like you are now, I was given the task last minute to get some plaques made for an awards ceremony. Normally I just google a few places when in need of something and go with what ever is closest. But this time was a little different as the plaques were for my church. I did not want to use some run of the mill engraving service that only looks to fill an order. So I began my research of the different services offered by the few places that provide awards, engraving, etc. in little Montgomery County! I called four different locations and Crown Trophy was the first and only location to: 1. List Pricing for everything 2. Have Saturday Hours and lastly 3. Have all of the various options of plaques available on display on their website. Having access to all of this information readily available to me at all hours was perfect for my 9 - 5 schedule. What truly stood out for me though about Crown Trophy, was their professionalism. After going back and forth about several revisions to the final product, Crown Trophy promptly sent me back the desired changes in proofs to ensure that I received what my church had requested. The plaques were impeccable and my Pastor could not be any happier. I am not one to normally write a review online, but Paun & Nino truly went out of their way to accommodate our requests and allowed for what seemed to be a stressful task into something of ease. I have supported Crown Trophy for many years, both professionally & now through my PTA. If I could give a million stars, I would. Yesterday I made a huge mistake - I ordered custom medals for our school Fun Run and approved a proof with a spelling error. Despite this being 100% my fault, Adriana and her team went above & beyond anything I would ever expect, to try to help me. They got creative and saved my medals. We were shopping around prices for an engraved crystal award and first checked with Crown Trophy, but wanted to get prices from other places as well. One company was much more expensive and the other one never even got back to us with a quote so it was meant to be! Crown was very communicative with us from the very first step and they took our design and etched it beautifully into the glass. The final product is absolutely gorgeous!
